HEALTH GUARANTEE:
Every animal(s) purchased from us has a 3-week health guarantee. All animals for sale are extremely healthy, flexible eaters. They already have a balanced diet of greens as well as various insects.
Don’t be alarmed if your animal’s appetite has decreased during the first few days after arriving at their new forever home. It’s common and they will need some time to adjust. However, if they continue to refuse to eat, please contact us right away.
Any questions or queries you may have, please bring them to our attention. We will always try our best to give you a fast and detailed response.
SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY:
All of our shipping is handled via FedEx, USPS etc. For next-day delivery to your door or nearest post location, shipments can be made every Monday to Friday.
Under the condition that you are home and available to accept the package at the door, we guarantee the live delivery of your animal.
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE:
We guarantee the live arrival of any animal(s) purchased through us. In the unfortunate case where the animal(s) are dead on arrival (D.O.A.) we will replace the animal with another of your liking. However, for this live arrival guarantee to be valid we must be notified within 30 minutes of the tracking number marking your package as delivered.
Certain conditions must be met in order for us to Honor the Live Arrival Guarantee. DOAS rarely occur. If by chance it does occur, do not dispose of the animal! Please keep frozen as you need to send us pictures within 30 minutes – 2 hours of arrival, and may be asked to send the animal back for verification. This guarantee is void if the recipient is not home to receive the package.
Temperature/Weather shipping:
If you are between 40f and 90f we can ship to your door if your arrival time by FedEx is 1030am. If it is 12pm -430 pm we will check safe shipping on a case by case basis AND IT MAY NEED TO BE HOLD FOR PICKUP AT FEDEX.
If your night time low is 25-39f IT IS MANDATORY hold for pickup at the closest FedEx Ship Center. We will provide you with the address to coordinate a viable pickup option.
If your temps are day time high above 90f – IT IS MANDATORY hold for pickup at the closest FedEx Ship Center. We will provide you with the address to coordinate a viable pickup option.
We reserve the right to hold shipments at our discretion. All shipments are weather and time permitting. If you need to change your arrival day, email info@redboxreptiles.com so we can coordinate with you.
We cannot guarantee any shipment that has an address change or re-rout, make sure you input the shipping address correctly.
*We are offering Saturday delivery for an additional charge of $34.99
A tracking number will be provided to keep you up to date regarding the location of the shipment.
We don’t refund shipping costs.

REFUND/CANCELLATION:
THERE IS A $10.00 FEE FOR CANCELLATIONS!!!! NO EXCEPTIONS – WE WORK HARD TO PROCESS AN ORDER AND FIGURE OUT SHIPPING LOGISTICS, RESERVE YOUR ANIMAL, ETC – SO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS WILL BE ACCESSED $10.00 FEE
There is no fee for out of stock item refunds.
Sorry we do not refund or take back animals due to being skittish, scared, defensive or “aggressive”
If you are unsatisfied with the purchase, you are welcome to ship it back for refund of the price of the animal. We do not refund shipping, nor pay shipping for return.
If you refuse the shipment you will not get a refund for anything.
If a lizard loses its tail in shipping on the rare occasion, we will offer a discount.
We will gladly work with you to resolve any issues you may have. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will credit be processed without the return of the animal.
The health and safety of the animal comes first!
We try to keep up to date on all Laws that seems to grow daily. We will not knowingly ship any animal or product to where it is illegal. Please do research before ordering. You are 100% responsible and agree by ordering, of knowing your local laws in regard to animals and products.
PAYMENT:
A 65% deposit is required to hold any animal. No deposit necessary for regular purchases.
Pick order of animals is first come first serve. We cannot promise the availability of a animals unless a hold is deposited.
PACKING:
We pack your order in the safest, most efficient way possible. All animal orders are shipped in a styro-foam lined cardboard box used specifically for shipping reptiles. Depending on weather conditions, we may include an ice pack or heat pack at no charge for the safety of the animals. We also use cryopaks.
If weather conditions are too severe to ship, we will notify you and arrange a future shipping date. This is all done for the safety of the animal!.
